Medicare Supplemental Insurance only covers one person. If you and your spouse both want coverage under the supplement, then you must separately apply for policies.
What does Medicare Supplement insurance not cover?

Am I eligible for Medicare Supplement insurance?
In order to qualify for Medicare Supplement insurance, you must be at least 65 years old, already enrolled in Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B, and hold residency in the state where you would like to apply for the policy*
*Note: in some states you may be under 65 if you have a qualifying disability
When can I enroll in a Medicare Supplement policy?
While you can technically apply for coverage at any time, there is no guarantee your policy application will be approved outside the Open Enrollment window. The Medicare Supplement Open Enrollment period opens the first month you are both 65 and have enrolled in Part B. This period lasts for 6 months.
